Toll Brothers Opens Kennemore in Alpharetta, With Homes Listed From $1,159,995

The Forsyth County community has two collections of large single-family homes on estate-size sites, with basement options and a resort-style amenity package still to come.

Toll Brothers has opened another luxury community in north metro Atlanta, this one in the Forsyth County part of Alpharetta.

The builder announced Oct. 19 the opening of Kennemore, with a sales center now open at 840 Avian Terrace, according to Toll Brothers' release. The release says homes are priced from $1.16 million.

"Kennemore offers home shoppers the chance to create their dream home in one of the most desirable locations in Alpharetta," said Eric White, Toll's division president in Georgia.

Two collections

The release describes designs of 3,600 to more than 5,000 square feet on estate-sized home sites, with two- and three-car garage options and basements. Toll's Kennemore community page splits that into two collections. As of Oct. 22, it listed:

  • One collection of about 3,674 to 4,632-plus square feet, priced from $1,159,995
  • A larger collection of about 3,677 to 5,073-plus square feet, priced from $1,314,995

The page shows 10 home designs between the two, all two-story, with base prices running from $1,159,995 to $1,424,995. Neither the release nor the page says how many home sites Kennemore will have.

The community page also advertised a Toll sales event, extended through Oct. 25, offering 50% off design studio options, up to $100,000, on select homes.

Amenities and location

Future amenities include a pool, clubhouse, playground, pickleball and tennis courts and walking trails. The release doesn't say when they'll be built. Kennemore is in the Forsyth County School District, within walking distance of Denmark High School, and a short drive from Avalon, Halcyon and The Collection at Forsyth.

Why it matters for Contractors

Million-dollar-plus homes with basements are big jobs from the ground up: deep excavation, poured or block foundation walls, waterproofing, and finished lower levels that add a whole floor of drywall, trim, flooring and MEP work.

That design studio promotion matters too. When a builder takes up to $100,000 off options, buyers often load up on upgrades. That's more tile, cabinetry, lighting and trim per house. For north Atlanta subs who do high-end finish work, Kennemore is worth a call to Toll's Georgia division. And once the amenity center is ready to build, there's a commercial-style job inside the community too.
