Toll Brothers Opens Bristol Valley in Heath, With Luxury Homes From About $1.05 Million on Half-Acre to One-Acre Lots

Toll Brothers' newest Dallas-area community has two collections of single-family homes in Rockwall County. The sales center at 109 Arbor Glen Drive is open, and plans range from about 3,200 to more than 6,000 square feet.

Heath, on the east side of Lake Ray Hubbard, is getting a new luxury neighborhood from one of the country's best-known home builders.

Toll Brothers announced on Oct. 8 that Toll Brothers at Bristol Valley is now open in Heath. The company issued its announcement through GlobeNewswire, and its sales center is open at 109 Arbor Glen Drive.

Big homes, bigger lots

The community offers two collections of single-family homes on homesites of a half acre to one acre. The release lists Modern Farmhouse, Traditional, Transitional, Hill Country and Classic architectural styles. Homes have four to five bedrooms and three- to four-car garages.

The release says homes are priced from $1.05 million. Toll's Bristol Valley community page gives the details. The Manor Collection starts at $1,049,995, with plans from 3,221 to 6,021 square feet. The Reserve Collection starts at $1,220,995, with plans from 3,782 to 6,021 square feet.

The page lists seven home designs. Three are one-story plans, the Alnwick, Bamburgh and Chambord, running from 3,221 to 3,991 square feet with four bedrooms. The other four are two-story, five-bedroom plans, the Heidelberg, Kylemore, Miramare and Vianden, running from 5,184 to 6,021 square feet. Base prices on the page top out at $1,430,995 for the Vianden in the Reserve Collection. The same plan costs more in the Reserve Collection than in the Manor Collection; the Bamburgh, for example, starts at $1,081,995 in the Manor and $1,220,995 in the Reserve.

At least one home is already under way. The page lists a single quick move-in home, a one-story Bamburgh Farmhouse at 274 Chesterfield Lane with 3,782 square feet, priced at $1,399,000, with move-in listed for Jan. 1, 2027.

The numbers differ slightly depending on where you look. The release rounds the smallest homes to 3,200 square feet, while the plan list starts at 3,221. Shoppers can get current details from Toll's online sales team at 855-289-8656.

Schools and commutes

Toll is leaning on the schools. Bristol Valley is in the Rockwall Independent School District, and the release names Amy Parks Elementary, Maurine Cain Middle School and Rockwall-Heath High School. It also notes the community is a few minutes from Interstate 30 and Highway 80.

"Toll Brothers at Bristol Valley offers an exceptional opportunity for home shoppers to live in a serene and sought-after location with access to top-rated schools, outdoor recreation, and everyday conveniences," said Jay Saunders, Division President of Toll Brothers in Dallas-Fort Worth. "We are thrilled to bring our award-winning home designs and renowned craftsmanship to this premier community just outside Dallas."

Buyers will pick finishes at the Toll Brothers Design Studio, where design consultants help them personalize their homes.

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company founded in 1967, has been publicly traded since 1986 and builds in more than 60 markets across the country. The company says it also runs its own architectural, engineering, mortgage, title, land development, smart home technology, landscape and building components manufacturing businesses, and it serves first-time, move-up, active-adult and second-home buyers.

For Heath, the community means more large custom-style homes on the city's east side and more traffic from construction crews over the next few years as the homesites fill in.

Why it matters for Contractors

Luxury homes on half-acre to one-acre lots are a different kind of work than tract homes on 50-foot lots. A 5,000- or 6,000-square-foot house with a four-car garage takes more concrete, more framing, more roofing and a lot more finish work. Bigger lots mean longer driveways, more grading and more landscaping, too.

High-end buyers also expect a lot of choices. Toll's Design Studio lets buyers personalize their homes, so trim carpenters, cabinet installers, tile setters, electricians and plumbers can expect plenty of options and upgrades from house to house.

With five architectural styles on the menu, from Modern Farmhouse to Hill Country, the exteriors will vary from house to house as well, so masons, siding crews and roofers won't be repeating the same job down the street.

For subcontractors in Rockwall County and the eastern Dallas suburbs, a new Toll Brothers community is a chance to land steady luxury work close to home. Builders like Toll rely on trade partners who can meet high quality standards on every house. Contractors who want in should reach out to the builder's Dallas-Fort Worth division.
